Day 1: Friday – Departure, Pickups & Arrival at Dinokeng Nature Reserve
Our journey begins with an afternoon departure from East Rand Mall, Boksburg, the main departure point. Guests are collected en route from convenient pickup locations including OR Tambo International Airport, Kempton Park (Greenstone / Modderfontein area), Midrand (Mall of Africa / Allandale area), Pretoria East (Menlyn area – optional), and Pretoria North (Wonderboom / Zambezi Drive area).
We travel north via the N1 towards Hammanskraal, arriving at the Dinokeng Nature Reserve. Upon arrival, guests check in at the lodge and have time to unwind and take in the tranquil bush surroundings.
A delicious dinner is served at the lodge, after which guests can relax and enjoy a peaceful evening in the heart of the African wilderness.

Day 2: Saturday – Full Safari Experience
The day starts with an early morning breakfast at the lodge, preparing us for an exciting safari adventure ahead.
We then head off on a 3-hour guided game drive, venturing deep into the Dinokeng Nature Reserve. Traversing open plains and dense bush, we search for the iconic Big Five and a variety of other wildlife. Led by an experienced ranger, the drive offers insight into animal behaviour, tracking techniques, and the reserve’s unique ecosystems, delivering an authentic and memorable safari experience as the bush comes alive around us.
After the game drive, we return to the lodge for rest and relaxation. The afternoon is at leisure, allowing guests to enjoy the natural surroundings or optional activities at their own expense.
The day concludes with dinner at the lodge, followed by a relaxed evening under the African sky.

Day 3: Sunday – Breakfast & Return Journey
Guests enjoy a relaxed morning before sitting down to breakfast at the lodge. After check-out, we depart Dinokeng Nature Reserve and begin our return journey via the N1 South.
Drop-offs are made at Pretoria North (Wonderboom / Zambezi Drive area), Pretoria East (Menlyn area – optional), Midrand (Mall of Africa / Allandale area), Kempton Park (Greenstone / Modderfontein area), OR Tambo International Airport, and finally East Rand Mall, Boksburg, where we arrive in the late afternoon.
